These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your relationship with Wriize LLC (“Wriize”, “we”, “our”, “us”). Optimitor operates as a division of Wriize LLC. By accessing and using our websites and services (the “Services”), you agree to these Terms, which may be updated from time to time.

1. Services

Wriize LLC provides two categories of services:

Consulting & Growth Services under the Wriize brand, including growth strategy, brand positioning, GTM execution, content marketing, and revenue operations support.
Productised SEO Services under the Optimitor brand, including link building packages, community mentions (CrowdLayer), media placements (SignalPress), cornerstone link building, and forum link building.

All services are subject to these Terms.

2. Orders, Payments & Contract

All payments are processed securely via Stripe under Wriize LLC.
A contract is deemed active once an order has been placed and payment confirmed.
For Optimitor productised SEO services: once work has begun (order marked “In Progress”), no cancellations or refunds will be issued.
For Wriize consulting retainers or projects: refunds are not available once deposits are paid, though scope amendments may be handled case-by-case.

3. Refunds & Replacements

Optimitor SEO Products: All sales are final. No refunds will be issued due to the immediate resource allocation required.
Best-Effort Link Replacement: If a delivered backlink is removed or becomes inactive within 30 days, Optimitor will make a best-effort attempt to secure a replacement link of similar quality. This is not a guarantee.
Wriize Consulting Services: Deposits are non-refundable. Any cancellation or rescheduling must be mutually agreed in writing.

4. Limitations & Guarantees

For SEO/link building services: Wriize does not guarantee specific search outcomes, including keyword ranking improvements, DA/DR scores, traffic increases, or tool-based metrics (Moz, Ahrefs, SEMrush).
For consulting services: Wriize does not guarantee specific revenue growth, fundraising outcomes, or market share.

5. Use of Third Parties

Wriize may work with third-party vendors, contractors, and publishers to deliver services. By engaging with us, you consent to Wriize sharing necessary project/order details (e.g., URLs, anchor texts, brand details) with trusted partners.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property created by Wriize during delivery remains the property of Wriize until fully paid. Pre-existing intellectual property provided by the client remains theirs.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wriize LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services, including loss of profits, business interruption, or reputational damage.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of that jurisdiction.

Wriize
